UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF THE RUSSIAN SOCIAL SPACE THROUGH THE PRISM OF THE PHILOSOPHICAL HERITAGE OF IMMANUEL KANT

Abstract. 

The year 2024 marked the three hundredth anniversary of the birth of the great thinker Immanuel Kant. Like any philosophical system, Kant’s teachings can be subject to interpretations that go far beyond the academic field and touch upon geopolitical issues. The answer to accusations of “appropriation” of Kant by Russia is his thoughts, which make it possible to interpret social space as a space of moral meanings that set the rules of behavior for the individual, society and state. The article shows that the features of the Russian social space fit into the philosopher’s model. This was understood by those Russians who showed interest in Kant’s work and personality both during his lifetime and when turning to his legacy. The events dedicated to the anniversary became another proof of the similarity of the social and moral meanings of Kant’s teachings and the desire of the Russian government and society to organize social space on the same basis.

LOGIC AND CRITICAL THINKING: CONTINUATION OF METHODOLOGICAL SEARCH

Abstract. 

Today, there are a lot of educational programs implemented by national higher schools with the aim of improving the quality of students’ thinking. The variation of methods, technologies and approaches in testing courses indicates the relevance of the topic of finding the best tools in the development of critical thinking skills. The theoretical analysis of the “Logic and Critical Thinking” program presented in the article is aimed at clarifying the possibility of methodological isomorphism in the disciplinary structure of the subject. The substantive principles of the program are examined to identify the methodological construct of the logical approach as a model for creating the concept of critical thinking. The theory of social continuity becomes the foundation for the search. The problems of language, understanding, and statements come into the focus of the study. Logic as the analysis of thinking and language turns out to be the basis for the practical application of critical thinking. The conclusion is that university education, with the help of the program under consideration, contributes to both the formation of the methodological thinking of its participants and a deeper understanding of the intricacies of thought processes.

COMPARISON OF CHARACTER TRAITS OF MODERN YAKUTS WITH THE VISION OF THE SAKHA PEOPLE BY RESEARCHERS OF THE PAST AND THE PROPERTIES OF YAKUT DEITIES

Abstract. 

The work conducted a study of the correspondence of the character properties of modern Yakuts with the character properties of the pantheon of Yakut gods and the ideas about the national character of the Yakuts by researchers of past centuries. Psychological testing was carried out using the Cattell personality test on a group of 108 students of Yakut nationality who speak their native language. The positive and negative qualities of the Yakuts, identified in the historical works of various researchers since the XVIII century and in modern research, are noted. Stereotypical character traits are revealed based on the materials of researchers of the XVIII–XX centuries. The deities from the pantheon of gods of Ayyah are divided depending on personal qualities according to Cattell: communicative, intellectual, emotional and regulatory. The highest indicators of the test results of the subjects were identified and analyzed. The highest indicator of self-control, according to the authors, is determined by the climatic and geographical living conditions of the Sakha people, as well as by geographically and historically determined occupation of the people such as cattle and horse breeding, hunting and fishing.

CHILD CARE: REINTEGRATION STRATEGIES FOR A PUPIL UNDERGOING LONG-TERM TREATMENT ON RETURNING FROM A MEDICAL HOSPITAL TO MAINSTREAM SCHOOL

Abstract. 

The article discusses the issues of reintegration of a child undergoing long-term treatment from a medical hospital to the mainstream school. Based on data presented in domestic and foreign educational systems, practices of comprehensive support for children with medical needs during the transition from a hospital school to their mainstream school routine are analyzed. It is concluded that it is necessary to create a personalized reintegration plan, which would include both an invariant part of the coordinated actions of all relevant services, and a variable part, aimed at supporting the subjectivity of the sick child.

FEATURES OF SUICIDE RISK INDICATORS IN ADOLESCENT GIRLS AND BOYS

Abstract. 

The article is devoted to the study of the features of suicide risk indicators in adolescent girls and boys. The problem of suicide among adolescents today is not becoming less alarming and relevant, and in order to prevent suicide attempts among adolescents, it is important to identify the risk group in good time by screening. The sample consisted of 70 eighth-grade students of Izhevsk schools. Suicide risk indicators are presented differently in adolescent girls and boys, within the framework of preventive work it is necessary to pay special attention to the suicide risk factors «Affectivity», «Failure», «Social pessimism», «Maximalism», «Time perspective».

EDUCATION REFORM IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION:
A LEGAL PERSPECTIVE

Abstract. 

The article explores the relationship between digital transformation and the development of the education system, stressing its relevance for the modernization of the Russian state. The authors argue that digitalization of education includes not only the transfer of information into digital format, including methodological and substantive transformation of the system. The authors suggest returning to the traditional Russian basic training of specialists using modern technologies. The article discusses the confrontation between foreign and domestic approaches to teaching methods, stressing the need for their technologization. The authors call for a change in the educational paradigm. It is noted that the current knowledge of students does not improve their professional prospects in the future. The article suggests improving the interaction between educators to optimize educational programs. This will allow Russia to become a leader in innovative technologies in the future. A modern Russian university should become a guarantor and a guide in the new reality with constantly changing conditions of society.

Abstract. 

The article examines international professional training projects of the ANO DPO “Rosatom Technical Academy” in the focus of the signs of “soft power” of education, as a factor of influence and strengthening of Russia’s authority in the world. The author emphasizes that the attractiveness of Russian nuclear energy development projects abroad is due to both technological innovations and proposals for training personnel for the construction and operation of the nuclear power plant under construction. In the context of creating attractiveness, the article presents the organizational, technological, and methodological features of training foreign personnel, formation of a new generation of instructors, the supply of unique training equipment, simulators, and educational and methodological support. Rosatom’s foreign initiatives predetermined the creation of an international nuclear education cluster in Obninsk (Kaluga region), offering partner countries modern forms and methods of Russian educational technologies as a platform for dialogue in pursuit of long-term cooperation.

Abstract. 

The significance of investigating medical students’ perceptions of artificial intelligence (AI) stems from the widespread integration of this technology in society and the necessity for medical professionals to possess a proficient understanding of it. The study proved the hypothesis that students would readily identify AI technologies within the services they utilize, yet may encounter challenges when asked to independently provide specific examples or confidently acknowledge their use of AI. The author presents a conceptual framework elucidating the impact of AI on individuals’ information behavior and underscores the role of educational institutions in fostering information literacy. Findings from a questionnaire administered to first and second-year students at Tyumen State Medical University were analyzed, comparing responses from 615 students in 2022 to 445 students in 2023. The study concludes that Chat GPT chatbot exerts a predominant influence on students’ perceptions of AI technology.

To be included in «helping children», as M. Montessori formulates the goal of her pedagogy, there must be cooperation of teachers and parents. This is a complex and subtle process, the result of which is the normalization of the child.

Abstract. 

The article examines the peculiarities of the development of the system of physical culture and sports in Russia at the beginning of the twentieth century. A brief overview of the sections of curricula for various educational institutions in pre-revolutionary Russia concerning physical education for students, both boys and girls, is presented. The attention is focused on the «Sokolsky» gymnastic system, one of the first to be widespread in the Russian Empire, combining the physical culture and sports direction and the comprehensive and harmonious development of personality. The features of the content of education in the field of physical culture and sports in the Lugansk region are highlighted, and the role of Henrikh Osipovich Drzhivikovsky, the first teacher of Sokolsky gymnastics in educational institutions of the Lugansk region at the beginning of the twentieth century, to whom the Lugansk region owes the appearance of football and other sports, is reflected. Thanks to his activities at the beginning of the twentieth century, the foundations were laid for the further development and progress of the Lugansk region as a sports region in the later period.

Abstract. 

The article shows that Soviet vocational and technical education in 1917–1945 was a product and instrument of the country’s modernization – the transition from a traditional, agrarian society to a modern, industrial one. Vocational and technical education became an institution for the formation of the subjective basis of industrial modernization, which ensured the completion of the industrial revolution in Russia. Changes in the priorities of the country’s industrial transformation influenced the tasks, content, and structure of Soviet vocational and technical education. Between 1917 and 1945, it went through the stages of genesis and formation and entered the stage of its development in 1945.

Abstract. 

The article specifies the existing ideas about the main directions of the state educational policy for the formation of Soviet citizens in the RSFSR in the late 1930s – late 1950s – the key period in the formation of the Soviet system of upbringing and education. Their strengths as a social phenomenon are revealed. It is emphasized that the formed system of upbringing and education compensated for the existing shortcomings of pedagogical practices of that time, which predetermined the overall high efficiency of the formation of Soviet citizens in accordance with the ideas of state power.

Abstract. 

The article is devoted to the problems of defining the pedagogical dominants of the 1950s through the prism of their display in pedagogical periodicals, in particular the journals “Soviet Pedagogy” and “Radyanska School” as guides of leading pedagogical ideas and providing feedback to the pedagogical community in the RSFSR and the Ukrainian SSR. The main methods of working with publications as a source base for historical and pedagogical research are highlighted. The article presents the results of statistical processing of data from the analysis of the content of the main sections of journals, which clearly demonstrate the theoretical and methodological orientation of the journal «Soviet Pedagogy» and the practice-oriented nature of the journal «Radyanka School», formed in the middle of the twentieth century.

MASTER'S STUDIES IN “BUSINESS PEDAGOGY” AS A TOOL FOR CAREER SELF-DETERMINATION AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF GRADUATES

Abstract.  

The article presents the results of a pilot study conducted by the author in 2024 – interviewing graduates of the Master’s program “Business Pedagogy” of Moscow City University, in order to determine their career expectations, opportunities and learning conditions for career self-determination, following a career path and career development. The conditions for the career development of graduates are considered: the influence of motivation for studying in a Master’s program on career progress upon completion of training, the organization of independent work of Master’s students on an educational product or service during the training process, as well as the activities of the academic supervisor as a career consultant.

CAREER GUIDANCE OF SCHOOLCHILDREN AS PROJECT ACTIVITY

Abstract.  

A future teacher, when studying at a higher educational institution, must acquire competencies that will allow them to carry out activities to develop readiness for professional self-determination of students. The article raises the question of the relevance of organizing project activities for future teachers, the purpose of which is to prepare students for organizing and conducting career guidance events for schoolchildren. Features of the training of future teachers are demonstrated by the example of the extracurricular event “Jeopardy”-type game, held on the basis of the Nizhny Tagil State Socio-Pedagogical Institute (branch) of the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University for students of educational institutions of Sverdlovsk region. The main stages of activity in organizing a career guidance event for schoolchildren are presented; it is shown that directly in the process of holding the event it is possible to create conditions for career guidance counseling, education and diagnostics.

PREPARING PUBLIC SPEAKING IN ENGLISH: INTERACTION BETWEEN TEACHER AND STUDENTS

Abstract.  

The article analyses the practical experience in teacher-student interaction while developing public speaking skills in English within the context of the modern digital educational environment. The main focus is on the key role of communication between students and the teacher as a fundamental element of effective learning. The paper examines innovative methods and tools applied by the author in the digital educational space to optimize the process of preparing for public speaking. It describes the use of online platforms, social networks, and the teacher’s website to maintain constant communication and exchange of information between participants in the educational process. Moreover, the author shares practical experience in applying various forms of communication, including virtual consultations, online discussions, and digital feedback tools. Particular attention is paid to analyzing the connection between this format of interaction and students’ satisfaction with learning within the module as a whole. The research findings emphasize the importance of creating a flexible, interactive, and technologically equipped environment for effectively preparing students for public speaking in English. The article contains practical recommendations and will be useful for foreign language teachers, methodologists, and researchers in the field of modern language education.

Abstract.  

The article discusses the problems of teaching Chinese master’s students in Russian universities in the “Pedagogical education (Fine Arts)” profile. The relevance of the topic is due to the strategic priorities of the development of Russian higher education aimed at increasing the number of foreign students, including those from China. The analysis shows that a number of serious difficulties arise in academic mobility of Chinese master’s students.

The main problems faced by these students are identified: the language barrier, insufficient preparedness for the specifics of the organization Russian universities educational process, difficulties in intercultural communication with teachers and fellow students. Special attention is paid to the issues of adaptation of Chinese master’s students to educational and professional activities, the specifics of their artistic and creative development, the requirements for the design and defense of final qualifying projects.

Based on a comprehensive analysis of the problem field, the article presents a number of theoretically-based recommendations for improving the organization and methodological support of the educational process for this category of international students. The proposed solutions are aimed at improving the effectiveness of academic and socio-cultural adaptation of Chinese master’s students in Russian universities.

AESTHETIC TEACHING OF RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE USING THE EXAMPLE OF COLOR NAMING IN LITERARY TEXTS

Abstract.  

The article discusses the perception of the color component of the Russian language and speech by foreign students and the components of the organization of literary (poetic and prosaic) texts, reflecting the aesthetic nature of the Russian language with the help of various color designations. The color-component approach in the analysis of literary texts reveals additional connotative information created by a special unique color symbolism of the authors, which serves as an important key to decoding additional semantic shades of texts, author’s associations, demonstrating the brightness, imagery, expressiveness and uniqueness of authentic literary texts.

FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF COMPETENCE SKILLS IN TRADEMARK DEVELOPMENT IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR ADVERTISING DESIGNERS

Abstract.  

The article discusses the main requirements of the professional community for the competence skills of a trademark development specialist, characterizes the multi-vector nature of trademark development criteria, and specifies the features accompanying protectable graphic elements of trademarks. An algorithm for developing the content of problematic issues in the structure of practical assignments is proposed, aspects of achieving a high-quality design of a sign based on comparison and evaluation of the created design in accordance with the conditions of the protectability criterion are specified, an example of a training assignment is formulated, and the advantages of developing a graphic sign based on comparison are specified. Services available for inclusion in the toolkit of a training assignment for developing graphic compositions of signs are named. The results of the work can be used in the educational process of professional training in order to improve didactic approaches to developing the competence skills of trained specialists for the field of advertising and marketing.

CORPORATE TRAINING AS A FACTOR OF THE ORGANIZATION'S HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract. 

The study examines the main organizational and pedagogical conditions created in organizations for effective employee training. The relevance of the topic is caused by the rapid development of new methods of corporate training for company employees and rapidly changing working conditions. The main objectives of the research are the analysis of the impact of corporate training and development strategies as the main methods of developing the company's human capital, and the study of organizational and pedagogical conditions as the pedagogical basis for the organization of corporate training in the company. The main methods of formation, development and perfection of employees’ competencies are listed, as well as key conditions for effective training of specialists and increasing their human capital. The relationship between corporate training and human capital development by target market leaders is considered. The most effective methods and conditions of corporate training of personnel are analyzed. The problems and limitations of the methods used are identified and the trends of further development and implementation of corporate training by companies are described. The main types of human capital and methods of its development are defined.

Abstract. 

The article presents the review of literature on development of self-efficacy skills in adults. Based on the consideration of the theoretical foundations of self-efficacy in the activities of adults, it is determined that, depending on the level of self-efficacy, in similar situations individuals can work differently. The initial level of self-efficacy skills influences the individual’s performance results, with the main role played by the development of self-efficacy in the process of the individual’s activities.
