EDUCATION MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS

Kozhevnikova M. N.                             DOI: 10.31862/2218-8711-2021-3-9-23

Abstract.

The article examines the issue of social and personal influence of the modern model of education management mostly on teachers. The analysis made from the standpoint of the Philosophy of Education proceeds from several theses: the need to clarify the anthropological ideas that always lie in the foundations of education; the relationship between social and personal and organizational and managerial elements in the education system; the correlation of the management model with the pedagogical model, and that – with the model of pedagogical education. The topicality of the study is due to the situation in the world and the Russian education, covered by the analysis, showing the conceptual shifts in the education interpretation as well as occurrence of new phenomena that need philosophical comprehension. The research is carried out on the basis of the shared methods of the Humanities, corresponding methods of Philosophical Anthropology, Social Philosophy, Philosophy of Education, Comparative Pedagogy and the review of the Russian and foreign literature. The foreign scientific literature contains a great number of studies on neoliberalism and managerialism integrally (D. Harvey, P. Bourdieu, T. Klikauer, G. Becker, D. Plehwe, Th. Biebricher, J. Peck, W. Brown, C. Crouch, W. Davies, R. Thaler, etc.). There are also works on neoliberalism in connection with education (S. Ball, B. Lingard, F. Rizvi, B. Davies, P. Roberts, S. Shepherd, etc.). The issue, touched upon in the article, however, as the subject for study, in the provided by the author pattern of aspects examined, is original and acute. The given article comprises a general review of the model under discussion – that of the model of “new state management” (NSM) in the context of education management; the analysis of its genesis as the result of establishing a managerial paradigm under the influence of neoliberalism and “economic imperialism” and a set of problems arisen by this; analysis of the idea, compiling the latter, of a human-being as Homo economicus; consideration of a certification problem in the context of the management model under analysis as obliviousness of real aims of certification and assessment of a teacher; comprehension of socio-personal essence of the problems of education management in their influence on the teachers, discover of founding of absolutely different versions of managing the management understanding as control or care, revealing new forms of detachment and deformation of a teacher’s professional identity (professional cynicism, the loss of a pedagogical identity); development of correspondent solutions in respect of education in general, and of the teacher education in particular. By way of conclusion, the findings of the conducted research are given. They provide the main features of the negative socio-personal influence of NGM in education and approaches to solving these problems.

DIGITAL PEDAGOGY: ON THE ISSUE OF CHANGING THE ROLE OF ACTORS
IN THE PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS

Popova A. V.                                        DOI: 10.31862/2218-8711-2021-3-81-93

Abstract.

In the modern conditions of modernization of the educational process, the role of the teacher is changing; there is a need for a new type of teachers. Based on a comparative analysis of modern scientific literature and the experience of teaching in higher education in the context of the development of digital pedagogy, the author of the article comes to the conclusion that tutoring is becoming a necessary part of the new educational process in higher education institutions. Digital pedagogy is characterized by the openness of the educational environment and the individualization of the educational trajectory. When a student independently chooses proprietary training courses at various universities not only in Russia, but also in foreign countries, with the help of educational technologies and Internet platforms, Lms Moodle courses are particularly popular. At the same time, it is not just the teacher who is of particular importance, but the mentor who helps the student not only to use digital technologies, but also to acquire the necessary communication competences. As the result of the research, the article concludes that in modern conditions, the roles of the main actors of the educational environment of higher education are changing, when the use of distance learning, the development of digital pedagogy, as well as the increase in the share of independent work in the student environment in comparison with the classical (traditional) education system, a special role should be played by a teacher-tutor.

Novikov D. S., Novikova E. I.                       DOI: 10.31862/2218-8711-2021-3-187-197

Abstract.

Infectious diseases that challenge humanity, on the one hand, and the interests of growing the subject of post-industrial modernization, on the other hand, make it necessary to prepare graduates of pedagogical universities for forming a program of health-creative activities in students – a health creation culture. A retrospective analysis of the studies in the field of pedagogical health-creative activities for two previous decades leads the authors to the conclusion that the core of this culture is the ideal of health-creative activity, orienting the education system towards the upbringing a person, whose physical health becomes the guarantor of spiritual and moral health, and a «healthy body» becomes a «vessel» for a «healthy mind». In order to turn future teachers into carriers and translators of the health creation culture, pedagogical universities must transform into transitive universities – into a kind of innovative ecosystems, whose subjects (the university itself, collaborated structures – schools, colleges, postgraduate education institutions for teachers, etc., teachers and students) are engaged in the developing, testing and implementing health-creative activity technologies in practice.

Abstract

The article deals with stating and defining the issue of developing the competence-based approach to teaching the Russian language in schools with the Uzbek language of instruction. The article compares the traditional approach, which is focused on instilling knowledge, skills and abilities in the Russian language, and the competence-based approach, which is aimed at developing the corresponding competencies in the Russian language in students. According to the author, the combination in practice of two different strategies for teaching Russian as a non-native language is due to the widespread delusion among teachers of the Russian language, according to which competencies are identified with the sum of knowledge, skills and abilities. At the same time, the author insists on the need for the following distinction: competencies are knowledge in action, the ability to consciously apply skills and abilities when solving specific communication problems. According to the results of the study, the need for a radical change in the pedagogical thinking of teachers of the Russian language as a non-native language working in schools in Uzbekistan is stated.

Abstract

Every country is interested in creative student youth having new ideas. To obtain this, it is necessary to create conditions for a scientific and laboratory atmosphere, where ideas extended in projects can be born. The practice of working as a teacher in China (Wuhan University) and training in Russia (IFA graduate school) allowed the author to collect valuable methodical material and compare the attitude to the visual component of students training, intended school teachers, in the perspective – university lecturers. The problem of asynchronous situation, when poorly mastered culture of visualization does not correspond to the potential of creative and scientific achievements of graduates in art education, has been revealed. Students who are not prepared to visually popularize innovative accents of creative and scientific achievements will not be able to convey this really acute skill of presentation to their students at school. In modern socio-cultural conditions of teaching RSL, the meta-subject approach is one of the innovative methodological approaches to organizing the learning process; the concept of “meta-subject training” is gaining great significance. The meta-subject approach in the system of teaching the Russian language to the Chinese students has a rich methodological potential, allowing teachers to form a variety of “meta-competencies” of Chinese students, therefore, it is the basis of new educational standards – according to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard, the principle of meta-subject should be at the heart of modern foreign language education. TRENDS OF THE MODERN GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAM IN THE SPECIALTY “DENTISTRY”

Sekreteva A. O., Agasaryan N. K                  DOI: 10.31862/2218-8711-2021-3-251-256

Abstract

Every year thousands of dental specialists graduate from higher educational institutions in Russia. They are ready to provide professional assistance in the treatment of oral diseases at the highest level. Trends in the development of medicine and science dictate us to be flexible and versatile in creating an optimal program for training graduates in the «dentistry» specialty. A dentist is a doctor who needs not only knowledge about the organs of the oral cavity and the ability to determine the cause of a dental disease, but also who is able to diagnose related diseases that occur at the junction of several specialties, based on the general condition of the body. Thus, it is extremely important to introduce into the program such disciplines as medical rehabilitation, which allows helping dentists eliminate the causes that provoke a number of dental problems.
